Cancellation & Returns Policy

At Red Leafs Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully—it applies to all orders placed online and at our Scarborough and Mississauga locations.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel a standard (non-custom) order at no charge provided the order has not yet been packed or shipped.To cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order:

Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been packed or dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we will be unable to cancel it. In that case, you may return the item(s) once received, in accordance with our Returns Policy below.
1.2 Cancelling Custom & Personalised Orders
Orders for custom team uniforms, personalised jerseys, printed apparel, or any item that has been customised with names, numbers, or logos cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your design and size specifications carefully before confirming a custom order.
- Custom orders go into production within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- If you need to make changes, contact us immediately — we will do our best to accommodate changes before production starts, but cannot guarantee this.
- Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not available for custom items.
2. Returns
2.1 Standard Return Window: We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the date of delivery (for online orders) or date of purchase (for in-store purchases). Items must meet all of the conditions listed below to qualify for a return.
2.2 Return Eligibility Conditions
To be accepted for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unused, and unworn condition
- Free from any signs of use, dirt, grass stains, sweat, or odour
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet ALL of the above conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.
2.3 Items That Cannot Be Returned:
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances (except where faulty or defective — see Section 3):
- Custom and personalised items (jerseys, uniforms, printed apparel with names/numbers/logos)
- Undergarments, compression wear, and glove inners (for hygiene reasons)
- Cricket balls that have been used or removed from packaging
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or purchased during a clearance promotion
- Gift cards and store credit
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery/purchase
3. Damaged or Defective Items
3.1 Our Promise
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or materially different from what was described on our website, we will make it right at no cost to you. This includes a full refund, exchange, or store credit — your choice.
3.2 How to Report a Damaged or Defective Item
Please report damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving your order by following these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect, including the product, packaging, and any visible shipping damage.
- Email us at redleafssports@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the photos attached.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days to arrange a resolution.

For damaged or defective items, Red Leafs Sports will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label by email. |

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending a return at your own cost. Red Leafs Sports is not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit when the return is customer-initiated.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds for online orders.
- Credit/debit card refunds: processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Store credit: issued within 1–2 business days and can be used on your next online or in-store purchase
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
5.2 Partial Refunds:
A partial refund may be issued in cases where:
- An item is returned in a condition that is not fully original (minor use, missing secondary accessories)
- Only part of an order is returned
- A promotional discount applied at checkout is no longer valid for the remaining items
5.3 Exchanges: We are happy to offer a size or colour exchange on eligible items within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact our team with your order number and the item details you would like to exchange for. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If lower, we will refund the difference.
6. How to Return an Item — Step by Step
- Contact us first: Do not send items back without notifying us. Email redleafssports@gmail.com or call your nearest store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We will confirm whether the return is approved and provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely: Place the item in its original packaging where possible. Include a note inside the parcel with your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Ship the item. Send your return to the address provided in our approval email. If we provided a prepaid label, attach it to the outside of the parcel.
- Receive your refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 2 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item.
7. In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store at our Scarborough or Mississauga locations may be returned directly to either store within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt. The same eligibility conditions apply — items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
